SHIFT LEAD for MEDICAL AND RESEARCH CALL CENTER
Responsibility:
Leads, directs and motivates a team of console operator in their daily duties
Education Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in any similar stream.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in hospital operations/Emergency Communications (Hospital Emergency Codes) and dispatching/environmental and safety/customer care/command center environments.
Technical Skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Operation Center tools experience is plus – SCS (Security Control System), CAFM, Radio Communications, Overhead Paging.
• Using Reporting Tools.
Soft Skills
• Maintain courtesy and professionalism – English & Arabic speaking is a MUST.
• Adhere to strict work schedules.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
Languages: English, Arabic.
