Sales and Service coordinator

Job Description: To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and Email, preparing brochures as required. Identify the potential opportunity in the website, buy the Tender document and bid submission. To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals and invoices. Coordinating all details for the supplier and customer. Responding to and co-coordinating all internal meeting requests. Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.
Desired Skills and Experience:- Degree or equivalent. Young and energetic Indian lady preferred. Excellent communication Skills, Pro-active approach. 1-2 years experience in the similar field. Ability to work in sales and service team. A high sense of urgency and deep interest in serving the customer.
