KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Accounting:
Maintaining day to day accounts
Petty cash Management
Reconciles Bank & Financial Transactions by collecting and analyzing account information.
Following up with payment due and maintain full order of financial operation.
Prepare payments by verified documentations & requesting disbursements.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Expert in accounting transactions and knowledge of passing accounting entries, tallying etc.
Updating payables and receivable list

IT Support:
Managing Social Media and Websites
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization
Installing and configuring computer systems / diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults

Required Experience:
1-2 years.
