A leading Architectural Consultancy firm is currently looking out for Interior Designer capable of handling the following duties and responsibilities:
– Schematic Design & design development, space planning & presentations including moodboards
– Selection of hard finishes and soft furniture (color schemes, fabrics, fittings, furniture and lightings)
– Compiling material specifications (finishes, sanitary, lighting selections)
– Successfully managing client expectations, team communication and supplier/consultant coordination

The position is required to support high end Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects.

Requirements:

Profile requirements: Graduate/Post-graduate qualifications in Fine Arts or Interior Design from a reputed College/Institute/Academy. 7 years’ experience in the field of Interior Design with minimum 2 years UAE experience. Must have an excellent portfolio of luxury projects – specifically villas. Majority of design portfolio done in a contemporary/ modern style. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Project management skills with good organizational skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget. Knowledge and skills in the latest software such as Revit, Photoshop, AutoCAD- 2D/3D, Google Sketchup.
