Bachelor Degree in Sales or in a related field. Excellent knowledge in the real estate market in the country and in the region. Excellent knowledge in local rules & regulations pertaining to real estate ownership. Good knowledge of high end real estate market worldwide. A minimum of 3 Years of experience in hands-on sales of real estate in the country, preferably with a one of the large real estate developers. Excellent commercial reasoning and common sense. Excellent networking skills. Excellent presentation skills is a must. Very good research and reporting skills. Very good negotiation and deal closing skills.
