Project Chief Accountant

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:

•Making monthly/weekly project management reports. Attending site meeting and taking follow-up actions.
•Monitoring & reviewing all cost and operation of project, updating cost time manner.
•Monitoring Project Cash flow & budget, making updated projected cash flow and budget cost. Preparation of cost to complete report and making variance report.
•Maintaining status report for project bank accounts, PDC, LC, TR, bills Disk, Guarantee etc.
•Reviewing of contract work in progress and monitoring project certification.
•Coordinating with PM towards all project variation claims & approval process.
•Preparation of cost sheet for PPC Discounting and coordination with bank.
•Liaison with suppliers/sub-contractors to negotiate payment terms, monitoring & maintaining LPO & all subcontractor agreement.
•Liaison with Bank auditors and completion follow up report.
•Vouching &verification of payment/supplier documents, petty cash voucher.
•All assigned works and clarification to management from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

•CA/CM (Inter/final Passed) ICWA/MBA(Fin)/Master degree in commerce
•10 to 17 years’ Experience in Finance & Accounts Department out of which minimum 5 year exp. In leading civil construction company in UAE.
•Optional: Certification from Financial management.
