* Extensive experience in the planning and operation of waste treatment and disposal plants, including knowledge of environmental and safety legislation and standards.
* Technical knowledge of refining production operations and processes.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Computer literate. Excellent decision making abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong analytical ability.
* Good command of oral and written English.
* Arabic language is preferable.
* Holds a valid UAE driving licence.
