The main purpose of this job is to control and coordinate labour camp related activities within the camp premises employees related issues and monitoring camp facilities utilization.
Also responsible to plan laborers distribution and to follow up on related performance, overseeing laborers well-being ensuring abidance by set safety, health and hygiene regulations and to control / supervise the labor dispatch process, and prepare the monthly payroll reports as well as other related reports.
