Overview
• Ensure that Desktop Support calls are resolved in a timely manner to the satisfaction of end-users and forward more complex ones to senior IT colleagues to ensure timely resolution.
• Responsible for conducting desktop and peripherals installation and configuration to ensure required IT equipment is available and fully functional for employees.
• Conduct breakdown maintenance of IT equipment, and ensure minimum downtime.
• Responsible for vendor coordination for repair and maintenance of IT equipment across EZW locations.
• Analyze and report data related to support calls, to identify problem areas and bring it to the attention of senior management for preventative and corrective actions.
• Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.
• Configuring the active directory infrastructure.
• Installing and setup of all servers, components and peripherals.
• Perform routine and its system and OS (Operating system).
• Ensure Services are secure.
• Backup the SQL server and active directory daily.
• Configuring file and print services.
• Configuring VPN connection.
• Configuring file Server for share folders and DHCP server.
• Creating and maintaining active directory objects.
• Configuring DNS server & DHCL server.
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is Up and Running.
