– Bachelor’s Degree Holder preferably with Master’s Degree but not required
– Proven experience as Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant

– Proficiency in MS Office
– Smart, good personality and professionalism
– Tourist or Visit VISA
– Not currently employed in UAE
– Below 40 years old
– Very organize and with “can do” attitude
– Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
– Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, initiative, pro-activity, diplomacy, dynamism and enthusiasm.
– Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
