REQUIRED GENERAL MANAGER
For a 20 years old Corrugating Plant in the G.C.C.
The General Manager will be responsible for P&L and for creating an environment of accountability and efficiency. The company works 3 shifts running 24/6 with 150 employees. The candidate should be a high performing manager who interacts well with both employees and customers.
We are looking for someone who can:
• Increase efficiency and get the company functioning at optimal levels.
• Provide a vision for the company linking resources of the facility with its respective markets.
• Review & understand budget, forecast and monthly financial statements.
• Work closely with the management to develop and maintain relationship with key accounts.
• Establish employee development through training and available resources.
• Establish goals of quality and productivity.
• Responsible for maintaining assets of the company.
• Ensure compliance with the environmental issues.
• Advise the Board of Directors of concerns that may arise.
• Able to formulate better strategies and plans of the company in line with the vision and goals of the company Board of Directors.
What you need to succeed:
Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing corrugated and converting operations. Strong experience in manufacturing process is critical.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum) Fluency in English language (Arabic Advantage) Computer Proficiency - MS Office.
