We are fast growing company working in advertising business that require an organized reliable candidate to work in our office.
The successful candidate will be working as part of the secretary and covering general admin duties. Must have experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook and Excel, and experience of typing. Duties will include typing of correspondence, good in manual Accounting, reports and documents, including preparing presentations, arranging meetings including conferences and events. Dealing with telephone calls. Ability to priorities a demanding workload.
Candidate will work as part of a small, targeted team responsible for conducting telephone calls to qualified and unqualified leads and arranging appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
Main Activities
Receive, direct, relay telephone messages,
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Make preparations for meetings.
Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the public
Telemarketing.
