Job Title- Training Instructor- Simulator
Location- Abu Dhabi- Refinery
Purpose of Job
• Provides training and support to UAE National Developers, Employees and Interns on the job site, regarding Operations and administration procedures, for assurance of competencies, identified from the Competency Based Training (CBT) programs, Training Needs Analysis and any approved training system by Takreer, respectively.
• Designs, Develops, Delivers and Evaluates training programs for the Operation related topics.
Minimum Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 years’ work experience within Oil and Gas Industry or power plants, and at least 4 years of which should have been in a Training function (on-job) in their Discipline.
• Experience in preparing Training materials and familiarity with Competency Based Programs is required.
• Experience in plant operation and process engineering
• Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Arabic Language is preferable.
