KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintains patient’s confidence and projects them by keeping information confidential.
Develop and implement nursing care plans.
Maintain medical records and submit to the management from time to time.
Responsible for the development and administration of efficient and professional operations of occupational health service in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to the employees.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Nursing graduate with MOH/ DHA Registration.
Knowing English, Hindi and other languages are an added advantage.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the same Field.
PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must have core knowledge about nursing duties and first aid procedures.
Computer literacy.
PREFERRED BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
Should have an idea to deal with blue collar employees.
