* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
* 10 years of maintenance experience of which at least 5 years including at a supervisory position in an oil, gas or petrochemical industry.
* Good working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office programs.
* Fluent in English language, both written and verbal with high communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under stress, handle difficult situations and decision making.
