Receptionist / Administration secretary

We are looking to recruit a full-time front desk Receptionist / Administration secretary for a reputed Building Contracting Company. Applicants should be female and ready to start as soon as possible. Requirements for the job are as follows –
• You need to be hardworking, Sincere, Polite and Presentable with great communication and marketing skills.
• Updating database regularly of the customers and inquiries.
• Regular follow up on the inquiries of Sales Staff.
• Answering phones with great professionalism and providing exceptional customer service
• General administration duties such as book-keeping/ Local Purchase order/Quotation/Invoice making etc
.Basic Knowledge of Accounting is must
