1. Writing the overseas transport projects tender
Understanding the basic requirements and risks of sea shipping and air transport projects. Can independently complete import and export declarations business or assign a third party (clearance agent) to carry out the job.
2. Signing the carriage contract and transportation insurance
With basic legal knowledge, composing the transport storage contract in according with the requirements of company. Understanding the international transport risks and basic policy of international transport insurance and applying properly
3. Implementation of overseas transport projects
Making the relevant documents and tracking the arrival of goods with clear mind, responsibility and hard-working
4. Documents and archives arrangement
Documentation with all delivery and invoice documents for each project separately, etc.
