Administrative Assistant

Must perform General Administrative and Clerical supports includes mailing, Scanning, faxing and arrange daily driver schedule
* Arrange meeting and schedule of Directors and CEO
* Set schedule of driver for Salesperson meeting
* Maintain soft and Hard copy filing system
* Receive and transfer all calls to the concern party
* Arrange vehicle insurance and registration renewals
* Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
* Responsible for the procurement of office supplies
* Maintain office supplies for all department
Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Bachelor degree
* Excellent in Communications Skill (Oral and Writing)
* With Good and Pleasing personality
* Flexible and Assertive
* Self-determination and perseverance
* Refereed Indian and Philippines Nationality
* Prefer for visit or Tourist visa holder
