• Responsibility – Overall management of following portfolio of Real Estate Brokerage Company –
• Monitor the team of 15 Real Estate Agents (Sales and leasing);
• Setting the target of all the agents and reviewing them periodically
• Should be able to introduce new business specially for high value property deals;
• Finalizing the optimum marketing strategy
• Meeting with Real Estate Regulatory Authorities to keep the pace with changing laws and regulations
• Supervision of all the Administrative staff
• CRM and Website management
• Develop the Property Management services division.
Qualification / Experience – Minimum graduate and must have local market experience of more than 10 years and should have worked with top Real Estate firms locally in UAE.
How to Use Keywords in Your Resume
