Administrative Assistant coordinator

We are a newly established Dubai based company within Al-Quze. We are looking to recruit motivated staff with experience in Dubai for our new offices.
Responsibilities:
– Excellent and clear written and verbal English communication
skills
– Must have at least 1- 2 years secretarial experience in
Interior and Fi Out Company in UAE.
– Computer literate (typing speed of minimum 50wpm)
– Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal
– Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and
accurately
– Excellent in business correspondence
– Must be presentable, smart, organize and can work with less
supervision
– Able to work with under pressure
– Must have background of the finance and documentations.
