• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 Years relevant work experience in Windows based environments.
• Expertise in MS Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Active Directory, windows 7/XP, Antivirus and desktop applications support.
• Skills to diagnose/troubleshoot system and network related issues and solving hardware of software faults.
• Knowledge of firewall system standards, TCP/IP configurations, WAN/LAN technologies, Cisco router/switch configurations and Web/FTP services would be plus.
• Familiar with SQL Server.
• Knowledge of biometric attendance and security systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certification holders from Microsoft and Cisco will be preferred.
