Seeking an experienced IT Technician/Engineer for a role based in Dubai.
Requirements:
•2 + years’ experience
•Knowledge of Windows Server
•DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
•Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
•Understanding of IP networks and how to diagnose
•Technical support activities on desktop support, network and server management.
•Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all Hardware, Desktop Operating System, MS Office and any other authorized desktop applications.
•Technical support for CCTV
•Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops with Endpoint security solutions
•Maintain IP telephone system
•Completing internal user moves including phone.
•Patching of network and phones
•Diagnose and resolve technical issues
•Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the Team Lead
•Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers, Scanners etc. and resolve associated problems.
•Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange.
