Armani Hotel Dubai is looking for Commis Chef who will assist in the preparation, production, duties and responsibilities of his/her Culinary Section as assigned by the Executive Chef. Give full support to the DCP, CDP, Sous Chef, Chef, Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef when need for other Culinary related events in the hotel.
General Duties & Accountabilities:
Work with his/her best abilities to ensure that high quality, creativity, freshness and preparation according to set standards is given at all times.
Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and supervisors.
Follow at all times standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain set standards of quality in production and presentation.
Ensures a clean, neat and organized working area.
Assist all ambassadors in running the day to day operation of an area in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate must be dynamic, service minded, organized, concern for quality and an eye for details, result driven, customer focus, and have the ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
