- Purchase scrap metal materials in accordance with current market conditions based upon pricing standards/models established by Company policy.
- Managing the department and the team
- Managing yard and dealing with new suppliers
- Communicate and coordinate the scrap purchasing/sales function with other Facility/Yard Managers, Dealer Buyers, Commercial Brokers, etc.
- Handling transportation
- Maintain and manage the profit/loss analysis spreadsheet, and constantly work on improving the processes and/or profitability of the accounts.
- Developing of new sites and handling local government procedures
- Job requires occasional exposure to INSIDE OR OUTSIDE weather conditions in UAE and abroad. Skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
