We are looking for Recruiter to work in Dubai/Abu Dhabi (preferably Abu Dhabi. We are looking for the candidates who have understanding of recruiting in Engineering domain and hiring of the professionals from Western part of the world to Far East countries, with a talent to hire senior level roles to the mass mobilisation for junior roles. We are looking for somebody who has hired Westerners, South Asian and nationals from Far East countries. The ideal candidate should - Have knowledge of sourcing tools and job boards for sourcing candidates from Western Countries/Gulf Region/South Asian countries/Far East countries. - Have knowledge and capacity to understand and skim through with the Job Description to identify right screening criteria for sourcing CVs based on Job Description. - Have knowledge and ability to screen the candidates through a telephonic interview on the basis of specifications of the job - Have ability to keep the track of vacancies and SLA through tracker and other reporting mechanism Salary offered will be up to AED 6000 + Annual Leave + Annual Ticket. We are preferably looking for candidates on Family Visa (Spouse/Father).
