HR and Admin Assistant

Provide HR and administrative support and expertise to the HR department To manage the day to day administration requirements of the company which includes general clerical and job coordination. Prepare and coordinate documents for employee hiring and employment termination, eg. agreements, visa requests, gate passes, office access cards, sponsorship cancellation and repatriation, etc.
Requirements
Coordinate directly between the PR office and employees with regards to visa requirements or processing of new employees and other PR related activities for compliance with UAE labour and legal Gulf Experience as must Well versed with UAE Labor laws Good written and oral English communication skills.
