2. Attend the walk in customers/suppliers/service providers
3. Call the customers for business development/payment receivables and payable
4. Coordinate with the field staffs and ensure the staffs are utilized at the optimum level

7. send out Request For Quote to the subcontractors/suppliers wherever they are involved and chase them until a competitive quote is in place
