Our growing company is looking for a team player for a position as a secretary and an administration assistant. Secretary Responsibilities: -Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence. -Scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. -Data entry into our system database -Answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments taking messages. -Typing and word processing, filing organizing and servicing meetings, managing databases prioritizing workloads recruiting, training and supervising junior staff. -Handling correspondence, implementing new procedures and administrative systems liaising with relevant organisations, coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Requirements
Male, with minimum experience of 3-5 years with similar job description. Needs to be fluent in both Arabic and English. Required to join our team as soon as possible key skills: -Interpersonal skills -Team working skills -Organisational skills -Negotiation skills -Assertiveness Time management -Decision making and problem solving skills -Communication skills.
