PandL responsibility for the Food Service / HORECA Division
Establish, monitor and develop Food Service business for existing product range of the company
Acquire new HORECA Clients across UAE
Maximize volume and revenue from HORECA Key accounts by proper selling methods
Achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals for the division.
Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with key accounts.
Developing and executing effective HORECA account-specific Marketing and Sales programs.
To recruit and build an effective HORECA sales team once necessary
Requirements
Degree in Management, Food Technology or Equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 5 years Sales and Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers in the region Strong HORECA / Food Service Contacts across all Emirates Ability to negotiate with Unit Head Chefs, Contract Catering Managers and Lower level Buyers Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Very good written and verbal communication skills.
