1 Candidate will be responsible for preparing and handling all shipping documents.
2. Responsible for managing the team in the shipping department and resolving all their issues.
3. Email shipping documents to overseas customers upon request and to do the complete verbal or written correspondence.
4. Prepare manual LC shipping document for overseas and manual DO for local according to bank requirement 5. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and forwarder regarding any delivery issues. 6. Provide answer to the Sales team or to the Management whenever they have any shipping related enquiry.
1 Candidate must be an Indian Male + should be a holder of Valid UAE D/L. 2.Candidate must be well versed with all UAE Shipping documentation formalities.Complete LC (Letter of Credit) opening and documentation experience is mandatory. 3. Responsible for managing the complete shipping team so must be mature enough to handle the entire responsibilities. 4. Will be the single point of contact for any Shipping related issues by the Sales Team or by the Management. 5. Anybody who can work under pressure and tight deadlines will be only able to adjust in our working environment as we deal in huge volumes.
