Urgently required a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a reputed Architectural Firm in Dubai
Requirements
Those who are having minimum 10-12 years experience as QS with consultancy firm in UAE or Middle East are welcome to apply. Candidates should be Graduate in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with additional certifications in the relevant field. Candidates with extensive experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation works having knowledge of FIDIC is preferred. Should be proficient in financial skills, data analysis, tender/BQ preparation, quantity take-off, valuations and claims, procurement and Project Management. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
