Job Objective: Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Administrative and Secretarial work. Key Accountabilities: Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Provide information to callers Greet persons entering organization Direct persons to correct destination Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization General administrative and clerical support Prepare letters and documents Schedule appointments Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically Organize meetings Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: [min 3 years UAE experience] University Degree Administrative and clerical procedures for at least 3 years. Computers and relevant software applications Customer service principles and practices Knowledge of Arabic language will be an advantage.
