We are looking for a Business Support Officer to support our business in terms of business development and operations. The key job responsibilities will include: - Routine office responsibilities like preparing and maintaining office files, documents, etc. - Cold Calling potential clients and sending emails to potential clients to provide MCG Services information and schedule meetings with Consultants - Updating and maintaining company's social media pages, as advised by supervisor Preparing reports, spreadsheets and documents using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint - Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendar of supervisor Other responsibilities, as assigned   We are looking for following skills and attributes : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of, and prior work experience in, MS Office Willingness to take up new projects and learn new skills Multitasking and flexibility to variety of projects Must have a great sense of responsibility and accountability Prior knowledge of, and experience in, Human Resource field is preferred We are looking for a self starter who needs minimal supervision and support.
