Maintenance Supervisor

A well-reputed government organisation in UAE is looking out for a Maintenance Supervisor.

Experience:- 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance in RO Plant or Water plants.
Education- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Overseeing maintenance activities which follow responsibilities section (wells andO/R) and first engineer maintenance support activities performed by employees of the stations.

Managing subordinates:
Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small group of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of measurement activities implemented in an effective way and compatibles.
Maintenance Review of preventive maintenance program to maintain the equipment and begin developing programs if you didn't plan to improve the reliability and performance of the equipment.
Strengthen requirements for materials and resources
Appropriate maintenance operations according to plans that conform to industry standards and policies for the Federal electricity and water authority to ensure reliability and effective maintenance of the stations. Support for the maintenance teams within the stations to ensure complete tasks on time. Review the health, safety and environment Monitor all maintenance activities and ensure compatibility with the policies/procedures for health, safety and environment and then going to a safe working environment. Supervise repairs carried out by third parties (external action) where an external party participated in maintenance process to maintain consistency and quality of delivery.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A UTILITY OR WATER DEPARTMENT.
