Executive - Cruise Operations - A well-reputed DMC is looking for an Operations Executive to handle cruise operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in the UAE or Oman handling inbound tourism. Job Description: Handling cruise operations in various UAE ports. Operate as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Day-to-day communication with suppliers and principal. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts. Ensure timely and successful delivery according to customers needs and objectives. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external parties.
