Administrator / Operations Coordinator

The following criteria is a must: Must have minimum 5 years experience in Trading or Shipping company in UAE. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word to produce correspondence and documents, to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets. Invoicing, liaising with Staff, suppliers and contractors. Basic IT knowledge, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus. Good command of English and communication skills.
Requirements: Male Filipino only  preferably college graduate.
