Human Resource and Administration Officer required in Ras Al Khaimah
A Holding company in RAK is seeking a full time Human resources officer with the primary responsibility of developing, for the Board's consideration and approval, personnel policies and procedures that are conducive to proper functioning of UI. Responsible for manpower recruiting to units within UI and making sure that they are adequately staffed with personnel of the requisite skills. Administer the personnel policies and procedures including handling of staff grievances and disciplinary matters, all within the framework of relevant legislation and with due consultation with the Legal Advisor when and if required. Initiate the annual staff performance appraisal procedures. Ensure proper office environment for all staff manage the administrative part of the office. Competitive package based on experience.
