Dynamic has been retained by the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of a large Group in DUBAI OPERATIONS MANAGER (Profit Center responsibility) - WESTERN expats preferred. The selected candidate, reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for planning of all maintenance activities in advance and adhering to the plans and modifying them as required. He will develop and maintain procedures of contract management, ensure maximum productivity, etc. Mechanical Engineer, must have minimum 10 years experience in facilities management (Hard Services) handling multiple corporate clients. Experience in hard and soft services an advantage.
