Job Details REQUIRED EXECUTIVE CHEF /OR EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF A leading food processing company in Abu Dhabi requires a young, energetic, result-oriented and responsible Professional, who has hands-on experience in all aspects of HORECA for the post of Executive Chef.
* Chef (Executive / Senior) with a Degree / Diploma in Catering Management or Professional Cookery / Food Production and 10 to 15 years experience.
* Should be capable of managing and organizing the entire production unit.
* Must be able to create new menus and present varying top food quality
* Must have previous experience in food control and labour cost, sample preparation and menu development.
