Responsibilities: Verify shipments by counting, weighing, measuring items and comparing size, weight, description, and part numbers with information on invoice, packing list and purchase orders; Record any discrepancies or damaged goods. Inspect shipments. Sort and store items. Drive car (Corolla) to various locations to deliver or to collect materials. Load and unload delivery truck. Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods. Sort items to be delivered according to the delivery route. Obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments. Requisition various supplies as per Order from purchasing department. Record all expenditures in excel format. Follow up delivery of goods and further export.
