A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required. The candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English and should have good communication and problem solving skills. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is required. Job Summary: Be responsible in ensuring that all the patients have a good and pleasant experience at the facility. Effective floor management of patients for smooth patient flow. Addressing patient’s concerns and resolving them immediately. Proactive approach to patient satisfaction for minimizing patient concerns. Coordination with different departments to enhance the patient experience. Conducting the Patient Satisfaction Surveys. Preparing the required MIS Reports. Participation in marketing Events. The facility has a six day working week and implements a shift system.
