REQUIRED - Executive Pastry Chef - A leading Food Industry Group based in Kuwait, having a number of pastry and bakery outlets in Kuwait and the UAE, needs a Head Chef for its production factory in Kuwait. He will lead a team of chefs and other kitchen employees to ensure pastry production is economical, innovative and of the highest quality. He should develop standard and exciting new recipes that meet differing customer tastes, and keep the company well ahead of its competition. The candidate should be a certified chef with minimum 10 years related experience, preferably in the pastry business.
