Roles and Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to sales and marketing team to ensure efficient operation. Support managers through a variety of tasks related business activities, i.e. Company pre-qualification, vendor registration and other company communication. The job scope includes but not limited to: Produce and distribute proper and updated company documents, communicating via phone, emails ensuring that all sales and marketing duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Candidate must be a fast learner and self-motivated with good knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
