FINANCE MANAGER An MEP Contracting Company based in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented finance professional for the role of Finance Manager reporting to the Chairman of the group. Desired experience: Direct and coordinate accounting operations including accounts payables / receivables, general ledger, collections, expense reports, banking and cash management. Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments. Proactively report on financial status, analysis of each project including budget to actual variances to the executive management on a weekly basis. Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding manpower program and project budget. Interact and negotiate with vendors / contractors. Play a key role in internal audit, budgeting, forecasting and planning process. Preparation and reviewing the monthly business performance report and rolling 12-month forecasts. Prepare roll forward 360 and rollback 180 reports. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned. The successful candidate will possess the following requirements: A minimum of 12 years progressive experience in finance management in a large corporate business. MBA Finance, CA/CFA/CPA qualifications. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Strong analytical, modeling and commercial reporting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
