Work Performed:
• Preparation of bidder list approvals, request for quotations/tender documents/tender opening reports etc under guidance of in-charge engineers.
• Perform market surveys as per the department guidelines to identify market rates for various services procured by the department and maintain record.
• Prepare and maintain historical data of maintenance work, service rates etc for easy future reference.
• Maintain pre-qualified Contractor list, company and department procedures etc, under guidance of maintenance superintendent.
• Maintain all department documents/drawings etc, in orderly manner for easy reference.
• Participate in HSE aspect improvement activities of the department.
• Any other documentation work assigned by the supervisor/management.
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Materials Engineering.
• 5-7 years in Engineering related documentation work.
• At least 3 years with Oil/Gas Petro Chemical Industry.
• Good computer literate and experience in working with all MS Office packages.
