REQUIRED - LEGAL OFFICER - A leading firm based in Dubai is looking for a Legal Officer to provide excellent support in a busy environment for the formation of limited liabilities companies, existing companies restructuring, which includes dealing with land departments, municipalities, economic departments, judicial courts and other government departments. You must be able to multi-task workloads and prioritize, have good management skills, be
flexible, as well as a good problem solver.
You will perform tasks such as obtaining trade licenses, communicating with principals and the Ministry of Economy
for the registration and renewal of agencies and distributor agreements, attending Judicial Courts on behalf of the company for legal requirements / disputes, editing legal documents as per the UAE Laws, composing routine letters and translation of documents, as well as maintaining a legal filing system.
This diversified role will also require some administrative tasks as well as ad hoc duties such as liaising with clients,
maintaining the client database, coordinating a filing system, processing expenses, preparing presentations and providing administrative support to the staff. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 15 years experience working in a similar post and be willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
To be considered for this role, you must be fully literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with excellent
communication skills and be fluent in verbal and written English. Working knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
