Cross browser compatibility, Tools like Bower and Grunt, W3C Standards and Accessibility , Any CMS and Various Frameworks, Computer arts and Graphic Designing tools as Photoshop, Illustrator and
Knowledge in PHP, ASP.net etc. Familiar in any of the fallowing: Typography , Adobe suite, coreldraw , AutoCAD , 3DMax etc.
