For a well established Multi National Company dealing with Oil and Lubricants looking for Office Administrator for their office in Jabel Ali Free Zone. The ideal candidate (Indian / Pakistani Female) MUST be able to Perform daily office administration routines as required, Receiving visitors, attending to telephone calls, faxes and emails, Maintain an efficient recording and filing system for relevant documents, Maintain the general office management such as: office supplies, printed materials, Updating reservation of the conference room and ensuring room is available for meetings with proper layout and refreshments, Coordinating Customer visits to the Plant, gate passes, Inventory of all office stationery and Canteen supplies and ensure the on time availabilities of all, Preparation of Purchase orders in SAP for Admin, Office stationery, Laboratory and Logistics, Compilation and submission of monthly reports. She MUST have minimum 3 years of UAE experience working in  Multinational company as Administrator, MUST have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Salary AED 7000- AED 8,000, 5 days working 8AM-5PM, transportation from Dubai and Sharjah, lunch provided, air fare paid annually for self.
