Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Science or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 15 years experience at site and tendering department in the construction industry in the GCC region.
Competencies:
* Demonstrate independent judgment, excellent organizational skills, ability to perform on multiple tasks with tight time frames.
* Simultaneous, accuracy and good communication skills are important.
* Good knowledge of FIDIC.
* Good negotiation skills.
* Preparation of the programme for the project.
