Expert in producing CAD drawings for full Interior Design project packages.Taking site surveys to obtain all necessary information. Space planning and generation of design concepts. Preparation of presentation materials- mood boards, photoshop, sketchup. Coordinating with malls, contractors, subcontractors and overseeing their work. Assisting in BOQ and procurement. Preparation of project timelines and ensuring these are followed
Requirements
Degree in interior design. Minimum 5 years experience in similar role, with atleast 2 years in UAE. Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop and Sketchup is compulsory. Experience on preparing Detail Shop Drawings and working on FFandE, Project Specifications and BOQs. Inorder to prepare approval drawings correctly, must be aware of municipality requirements. Proficiency in English language and good communication skills. Valid UAE Driving license. Knowledge and experience in 3d studio is not compulsory, but will be added advantage.
